Welcome to Dirty Gnome Leather Co. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All items are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, texture, and finish.
Bespoke or custom orders are made to your specification and cannot be returned unless faulty.

For bespoke items, payment is only due once we agree to make your commission.
Ready-made stock must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are taken via PayPal (and card payments if enabled).
Prices are in GBP (£) and may change without notice

Ready-made items are usually shipped within 3–5 working days.
Bespoke items typically require 2–4 weeks depending on complexity, starting from payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for postal delays outside our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges.

Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Bespoke/custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty and unused.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All products are designed for archery and personal use.
You should inspect your equipment before and after every use to ensure safety.
Leather is a natural material that will wear and degrade over time. We cannot guarantee the duration or amount of use, as this will vary with shooting style, conditions, and care.
We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, neglect, or natural wear of our products.

At Dirty Gnome Leather Co, every piece is handmade to order, crafted to your specifications. Because of this:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds on bespoke or made-to-order items.
The only exception is if an item is found to be faulty on arrival. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Leather is a natural material and will develop character, marks, and wear with use. This is part of its nature and not considered a fault.
You are responsible for inspecting your equipment before and after each use to ensure safety.
